  Pure Barre is everything I wanted it to be and more! I used to dance in high school and college and it has been difficult finding a workout that follows that same formula with the same results. I've tried other barre classes but nothing seemed to stick until Pure Barre! It has only been a little over two weeks and I'm already seeing the results. My arms are becoming toned, my seat has lift and the gap between my thighs is growing. I'm truly obsessed seeing the results so fast. I love to eat and indulge and growing older hasn't been easy to keep the weight off, so Pure Barre has made it possible to lose and keep the weight off as painlessly as possible. Each class is full of so much energy, the instructors are amazing, the music is motivating, and each workout is never boring. Class literally flies by! I highly recommend Pure Barre to everyone!

  I realize my review may seem bias (as I am an Instrctor at this location) but I assure you, it is most definitely not. Prior to becoming an instructor, I was a devout client (and still am) for about 4 years. Pure Barre not only changed my body, it changed my lifestyle. I have always considered myself to be "in-shape" but after seeing the results and how my body transformed, I am a true believer in this amazing technique above any other workout.
  
  I love the staff (of course) but I also love the clients and sense of community. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so friendly. I have made some life long friends because of Pure Barre.
  
  The workout is ever changing. Though the flow of class remains the same, the movements are always different. The music is upbeat and the instructors are motivating without being "boot campy." It's something you can do everyday because it's low impact strength training while incorporating stretching to keep muscles long and lean.
  
  Needless to say, Pure Barre is amazing! It's worth checking out if you haven't done it before. You will not regret it :)
