  This DMV is an immaculate example of government incompetence. I got in line at 9 am today to get my drivers license renewed since I was ineligible from doing it online and I didn't leave until 4:20pm. There was one person in charge of the appointment line (Which took 5 -6 hours from what I heard from the very vocal and upset people) and another in charge of the other line. Getting there took 3 hours. Once that was done it took another 4 hours to be called to pay for my renewal. And there is no way to tell what number in line you are since your "number" is the first and last initials of your name and the last four digits of your phone number.
  Be sure to bring something to do and an external battery pack.
  
  10/10 best vision of Hell I have ever seen. Never coming here again.

  Not sure why all the bad reviews. I was in and out in 1hr for a DL renewal WITH an appointment and took Lyft. With this you can skip the out-the-door-line of people and not get stressed out over parking. I found the staff to be very courteous and efficient. Maybe because it was a Friday afternoon, but my experience was nothing but pleasant and straight forward. If you can't get organized to get an appointment, you're setting yourself up for giving a one-star review later.
