  From the beginning, my experience with AVR was a disaster. When I arrived to pick up my van, I saw that the tires were bald and appeared to be unsafe. When I asked for a van with safe tires they told me it would be $10 more per day. There was an issue with the cars screen and when I called to ask for help no one knew what to and made no effort to help. I was charged $25 in airport fees even though I picked up and dropped off the car at their Costa Mesa location. When I asked if I could drop it off at the airport, they told me it would be an additional $25. BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM AVR!!!
