  I've been going to The Strength Co. since November. I was barbell training a little before that, but as a beginner, I knew I needed a coach to help me. Since training with Grant I have seen significant improvements in my strength and form. Grant is a Starting Strength coach and is very knowledgeable. The classes at Strength Co. are small (they have 7 power racks) so everyone gets individualized training. Grant also takes the time after class to review my training program and diet, which is super helpful! Initially I was a little nervous to start going to a barbell gym, but everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging. I will definitely keep coming here!
