  I've trusted Sears for a few years now for good quality service on my car. But today was a disappointment. I scheduled an appointment at 11 to get 2 rear tires replaced. I didn't get my car until 1:50. 3 hours?? Really Sears? I thought I told them I wanted my tires rotated, but I guess they didn't catch it. No big deal. Called me at 12 saying car was done. I asked if they rotated the tires, and they said they will. Just rotating the tires took almost two hours! The techs were definitely slacking today. Sears management needs to have a meeting to revamp the expectations. Would give 2 stars but I have to admit their quality is good.
