  I trained will Errol and Aleks for 6 months in 2014. I would have continued doing so if it hadn't been for an important career opportunity that had me relocate. They re very supportive and understanding for pupils new to the art. They had me train hard and always accommodated my crazy schedule. I would recommend this studio to everyone with interest in the sport.

  Coach Errol is both a very good coach and fighter. With beginners he is patient and provides individual attention ensure they are properly introduced to Muay Thai and kickboxing. For more experienced practitioners and those interested in competition he shows practical sequences to develop a more advanced game, including: angles, counters and setups; I don't know anyone else who teaches footwork to constantly move and cut angles like a boxer, but do so with Muay Thai strikes, which is extremely translatable to MMA and self-defense because you're never standing in front of an opponent. He leads by example such as regularly sparring with students of all levels and while he's a modest guy you probably won't hear directly from him that he is among the few who can legitimately spar both south paw and regular or that he has fought in Thailand.
