  This Nissan dealership has always been an excellent service for me. My only note for this recent visit is the vacuuming. I admit that I can win this day specifically to take dvabtage of the free cleaning; I understand that it was sprinkling rain that day; but the check in lay said that the vacuuming would still be done (the location has a nicely covered vehicle check in area and of course their service bays are indoor). But when I got back into my car, it was not vacuumed. I stepped inside and asked; apparently the customer service rep behind the desk is responsible for vacuuming the cars, not the check in or technicians, and she was choosing to not vacuum that day because of the rain. No real problem! But a certain standard for what you do when it’s raining, or communication between check in and customer service; is appreciated. Thank you!
