  I had an incredible experience with this particular fedex. I made an order that was to be ready at 6:00pm. Lisa called me to tell me that the order would not be ready until 8:00pm. I asked her if any other Fedex's in the area could process the order before then and she told me she would inquire and call me back. After a few minutes she called me back, notifying me that they were going to try and squeeze in my order and have it ready by 6:15pm. While I obviously appreciate that they rushed to get my order in, I am even more impressed that they were willing to call me beforehand to let me know it would be late. This is excellent business practice and I will be coming back without a doubt!
