  I love when I receive back dated paperwork (today is the 31st) taped to my apartment door when I get home at 5:30 PM and ALL of the offices are closed- the towing company, the apartment manager AND Doug Wetton Property Management . This document means they can tow my car while I'm sleeping because there is no date when we need to bring the information to the towing office 3 cities away. There is absolutely no mention of this in my lease!!!!!

  This company only cares about money and they will scam you. I really could of sued them and should have. I had to pay for a full paint at the apartment I rented when it was suppose to be prorated for 1 year. I am a Property Manager now so I know all the laws and this company does not go by them. Out of my 1000 dollar deposit I was suppose to get 120 dollars back but never did. They kept saying they sent it but I never received it. I really wish I would have taken them to court. I already know now I would have been awarded my whole deposit because they did not even send me my dispositon and my check with in the 21 day period. If only I knew then what I know now. Do rent with them!!!! By the way it has been 2 years now and I am still playing phone tag with them to get my 120 dollars back. They kept saying they sent it but I never got it. So not only did they not provide receipts and steal most of my deposit. The amount that they said they would reimburse me did not happen. They will take advantage of you do NOT rent from them!!!!!
