  Crossfit in general has changed my life. And Crossfit Upgrade has been there with me all the way. Their staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, teaching you about form and lifting the right way. Tate and his assistant coaches have always been there introducing us to hard and awesome workouts everyday. Thank you for everything!!!

  My lame workout routine of hopping on an elliptical 3 days a week for 45 minutes wasn't working at all. I found Crossfit Upgrade, and I've never looked back. Both the instructors and members are so welcoming and supportive. The instructors are constantly wandering the gym floor during the workouts checking everyone's form, and making sure you're on track to getting that banging body!! Members come early, and stay late to cheer each other on. Class sizes are small and you get tons of personal training. The workouts are no joke, so the extra support and instruction is fantastic.
