  They really do not have great customer service and there shoes fall apart and they don't offer repair solutions as there shoes are a bit pricey . I would expect higher standards of care from a high-end boutique like Charlotte Olympia. If you must have her shoes purchase else ware.

  Have to have kitty shoes. This store is not huge and the items on sale are not obvious. You have to ask. I think the items in the back part of the store are more likely to be on sale. What I didn't care for was I wanted to know if I got a discount if I signed up online and the sales person said I could only get 10% off on full price shoes and they would be nonreturnable. As if. What if they were real uncomfortable. 10% off 4 or 5hundred dollar shoes is not much. I got them and enjoy them. I just didn't like their policy. Next time, I'll just buy online.
