  Customer service is completely horrible. “Resident Services” is a joke, and everything people say about parking is true...I was towed because my guest pass - which I pay for - was not displayed properly. Units are older and extremely overpriced.
  
  2 stars because the amenities are beautiful, and the living environment (at least in my situation) was completely fine, neighbors were kind and noise was always at a minimum.
  
  BUT...please understand going in, this is one of the most useless and inefficient management teams you will ever deal with. Don’t waste your breath on them, don’t try to be their friend, hold them accountable for every single thing and get everything in writing.

  By far one of the nicest apartment complexes in Costa Mesa. Apartments are absolutely beautiful inside and are fully renovated. The support staff in resident services and maintenance are extremely helpful and accommodating. Anyone looking for apartments in Orange County I'd recommend this place to everyone.
